Questions about how to use the website:
  • I created a login when I registered, but don't know how to get back in to change something (add a registration, change email address, phone number, etc.)
    • If you have forgotten your password, go to the login and enter your email address only (leave password blank).  Your password will be emailed to the email address you originally registered with.
  • After I login, I welcomes me as my husband/wife.
    • Make sure you have a separate email address for both parents.  The system will welcome you accordingly.  If you have only one email address associated with everyone in your family, it won't know how to tell you apart.
  • Should I include my daughter's (or husband's) email address and/or cell phone number?
    • You can enter individual information and choose whether or not the system will notify each contact, so it's a good idea to enter unique contact information for each individual.  If you prefer not to, there is no need to enter duplicate information for each contact.
  • I have two children on different teams; how do I see both their teams information?
    • Once you have registered both children, you can see roster information and schedules for each team.
  • I want to pay for something I didn't pay for when I originally registered, what do I do?
    • Log back into the website.  You can login and make payments (including for new purchases) at any time.
  • I submitted my email so that I can register, but I didn't receive an email with a password.
    • Check your junk/spam folder
    • Put on your safe-senders list.
